Wiener Sport-Club suffers their first defeat in the fifth round of the Regionalliga Ost. The Hernalsers lost 1:2 away to USV Scheiblingkirchen-Warth.

All goals came in the first half: The promoted side shocked the Viennese visitors with a quickfire double from Eisinger (33') and Budimir (35'). Although Pecirep pulled one back (40'), Scheiblingkirchen saw out the victory in the remainder of the match.

The new league leader is FC Marchfeld Donauauen; the Lower Austrians handed SC/ESV Parndorf their first defeat with a 4:1 win. Florian Freissegger was man of the match with a brace inside three minutes (17', 20').

SV Horn defeated Kremser SC 1:0 thanks to a goal from Leidinger (40'). SV Donau and FCM Traiskirchen drew 1:1.

Marchfeld Donauauen leads the Regionalliga Ost with twelve points, while Sport-Club, on equal points, sits in second place with a slightly inferior goal difference.
