Wiener Sport-Club Kicks Off Regionalliga Season with a Win

Wiener Sport-Club kicks off the new Regionalliga Ost season with a 2-0 home victory against FavAC. In front of 2,541 spectators, Eren Keles (43') and Kerim Abazovic (80') emerged as the match-winners.

Donaufeld beat SV Horn 2-1 after going behind. The visitors took the lead through Jonas Borkowski (6'), before Leon Aichinger (39') equalized shortly before halftime. Leonardo Ivkic then scored Donaufeld's winner (80').

FCM Traiskirchen salvaged a 3-3 draw with a late comeback at USV Scheiblingkirchen-Warth. The promoted side led 3-1 deep into injury time, but Lucas Pfaffl (90'+5) and former Bundesliga player Max Sax (90'+6) rescued a point for Traiskirchen.

SV Donau and Kremser SC, as well as SV Leobendorf and SC/ESV Parndorf, played out 1-1 draws.

Grödig Leads Regionalliga Nord

In Regionalliga Nord, SV Grödig sits atop the table. The former Bundesliga club beat TSV St. Johann at home by 3-0.

After a half-hour thunderstorm interruption, Patrick Scheibenhofer scored in the 20th minute of added time (45'+20). Alexander Schwaighofer (60') and Daniel Leitz from the penalty spot (90'+6) sealed the victory.

Vorwärts Steyr defeated SV Seekirchen 2-0 with goals from Markus Wallner (28') and Amir Pasic (90'+1). SV Kuchl beat FC Pinzgau Saalfelden 3-2, with all goals scored in the first half. Lukas Brückler (42') was the match-winner.

SU Bad Leonfelden and SV Wals-Grünau played out a 1-1 draw.

Austria Klagenfurt Triumphs

SK Treibach leads Regionalliga Süd after a 3-0 success over VST Völkermarkt. Alex Ristic (32'), Maximilian Trappitsch (41'), and Vahid Muharemovic (54') scored for the hosts.

SK Austria Klagenfurt begins its promotion mission with a 1-0 victory at SV Donau Klagenfurt. Luka Verbic (70') scored the winner for the relegated side from ADMIRAL 2. Liga.

ATUS Velden also secured a 1-0 win against SVG Bleiburg, while ATSV Wolfsberg and WAC's reserve team drew 1-1.

Imst Tops the Table in the West

SC Imst sits atop the Regionalliga West table. The goals were scored by Benjamin Kraft (25'), Stefan Lorenz (40'), and Alp Demir (53').

In a rematch of their ÖFB Cup clash, FC Kitzbühel celebrated a 2-0 victory against FC Lustenau. Vitali Borsuk (16') and Deniss Stradins (21') ensured that the Tyroleans once again left the field victorious.

In the third match of the evening, SC Schwaz snatched a 3-2 victory at SV Fügen despite being 2-0 down. Florian Tipotsch (67'), Simon Plattner (70'), and Moritz Hupfauf (87') turned the game around in favour of the visitors.
