A hat-trick and a brace: Sport-Club suffer heavy defeat

After three consecutive wins, Wiener Sport-Club suffered a defeat once again – and a heavy one at that.

The Dornbach side fell 5-1 to SV Oberwart on matchday 15 of the Regionalliga Ost. Leo Vielgut scored a hat-trick within 34 minutes, while Lukas Ried also netted a brace. Darijo Pecirep scored the consolation goal for Sport-Club.

Marchfeld crowned autumn champions

The Hernals side thus stay behind FC Marchfeld, who won 4-1 against Donaufeld to crown themselves autumn champions.

Traiskirchen beat Wiener Viktoria 2-1, Krems earned a 1-0 win against Leobendorf, and Mattersburg won away at FavAC. Bottom-of-the-table Wienerberg (one point) came away empty-handed at Parndorf as well, with the hosts securing a 3-1 victory.

These teams are fighting for the title in Styria

After the autumn season in the Regionalliga Süd/Kärnten came to an end last week, the Styrian league has now followed suit.

There were no major shifts in the standings: Deutschlandsberg, Weiz, Lafnitz, and Kalsdorf advance to the promotion playoffs.

Gleisdorf lost 1-0 at home to Weiz, while autumn champions Deutschlandsberg won 4-1 at Kalsdorf. Lafnitz defeated Allerheiligen 5-2. Tillmitsch and Hartberg Amateurs drew 1-1.

SV Seekirchen won the only Friday fixture in the Regionalliga Nord, beating Vorwärts Steyr 4-2.
