New coaching role? Toni Polster speaks on his future
The former ÖFB striker has left Wiener Viktoria, will he try his hand at coaching again?
As a professional footballer, Toni Polster celebrated great successes, scoring 44 goals for Austria in 95 international matches.
Most recently, he worked as a coach in the Regionalliga Ost with Wiener Viktoria. With a half-year interruption (in 2013, Polster coached Admira for four games), he managed Viktoria for almost 15 years.
The 62-year-old is not yet ready to close the door on coaching. "But only if there's a prospect of continuous development. I no longer want to experience a struggle for existence every year," Polster is quoted by the "Kurier".
