Deni Alar will be seen in the Regionalliga Ost next season.

After his contract expired at Admira Wacker, the 36-year-old joins SV Gloggnitz. In addition to him, Philipp Malicsek, another former Rapid player, will play for the Lower Austrians; he comes from Wiener Viktoria.

In the course of his career, Alar played for SK Rapid and SK Sturm, among others, scoring 97 goals in 273 Bundesliga matches. In November 2017, the striker made his international debut and can show a total of two appearances for Austria.

Since 2021, the left-footer played in the ADMIRAL 2. Liga, even becoming top scorer in the 2023/24 season while playing for DSV Leoben. However, at Admira, Alar did not get beyond a substitute role in his last season.

Now, the striker continues his career with the reigning champions of the Regionalliga Ost.
