Former ÖFB captain Viktoria Schnaderbeck expecting second child
The former Bayern and Arsenal player announces her pregnancy publicly.
Former ÖFB national team captain Viktoria Schnaderbeck and her wife Anna are expecting their second child.
"Our little family is growing. And so is my belly," Schnaderbeck writes on Instagram, announcing her pregnancy publicly.
In March 2024, Schnaderbeck's wife Anna gave birth to their daughter Emilie Freda.
In July, Schnaderbeck announced via Instagram that her daughter had been diagnosed with the rare genetic disorder Dup15q. This is associated with symptoms on the autism spectrum, a perceptual disorder, or a risk of epilepsy.
League titles with Bayern and Arsenal
Schnaderbeck ended her playing career in the summer of 2022. The Graz native played successfully for years at FC Bayern Munich (two league titles) and FC Arsenal (one league title). Her last club was Tottenham.
She made 83 appearances for the ÖFB national team and was captain for many years. At Euro 2017, Schnaderbeck and her teammates reached the semi-finals.
Today, the 35-year-old works as an ORF expert, speaker, and entrepreneur.
