Will Dominik Fitz soon become a teammate of an Austrian international?
The US-based player could return to Europe and become a teammate of a former Rapid player.
Austrian international Dominik Fitz (27) has not yet been able to establish himself in the MLS with Minnesota United. A return to Austria has been a recurring topic over the summer.
However, there is currently little indication of a move to WAC or a return to Austria. But the Polish medium "PilkaNozna" is now reporting interest from Poland.
Soon an Austrian Duo in Poland?
According to reports, Silesia Wroclaw is considering the Austrian. The club managed to gain promotion back to the country's top division last season, after being relegated.
Marko Dijakovic (24), an Austrian player abroad who once made three professional appearances for SK Rapid, is currently under contract there. Before his time in Hütteldorf, he was developed by Fitz's former club, Austria Wien.
Currently, only interest is being discussed; how concrete a transfer of the US-based player to Austria becomes remains to be seen.
