Juventus: A bad sign for Alaba?
The "Old Lady" is said to have considered signing the ÖFB captain but now appears set to sign another center-back.
ÖFB star David Alaba has been linked with Juventus Turin for quite some time.
Just this week, "Gazzetta dello Sport" and "Tuttosport" renewed rumors that the Viennese player would fit well into the 'Old Lady's' desired profile.
However, they also wrote that Alaba would only be the backup solution should the desired transfer of Jhon Lucumi fall through. And precisely this move is now imminent.
Over 20 Million Euros Transfer Fee
As Italian media unanimously report, Lucumi's transfer to Juventus has been decided and is expected to be announced shortly.
Transfer experts assume a base transfer fee of around 20 million Euros, which Juventus will pay to FC Bologna. Additionally, bonus payments are said to be involved. Lucumi is expected to receive a four-year contract in Turin, including an option for another season.

Vlahovic moves to Besiktas
While Juventus is unlikely to strengthen its central defense further, a former striker has departed for Turkey.
Dusan Vlahovic, whose contract expired this summer, has joined Besiktas Istanbul, where he has signed a deal until 2029.
The 26-year-old Serb was, until recently, the most expensive player – measured by market value – who was still without a club.
