Mohamed Salah has reportedly found a new club after his contract expired at FC Liverpool.

According to media reports, the 34-year-old Egyptian is on the verge of a move to Turkish Süper Lig side Besiktas Istanbul.

There, the winger is expected to sign a one-year contract with an option for a further season. Salah is reportedly set to earn ten million euros plus two million in bonuses. His initial demand was reportedly 15 million euros.

Fourth-Best Goalscorer in PL History

The superstar had left the "Reds" after nine years. It was already made official in March that the expiring contract with the veteran would not be extended.

Salah has played 442 games for the English side, registering 257 goals and 123 assists. With 193 goals in the Premier League, he ranks fourth behind Alan Shearer (260), Harry Kane (213), and Wayne Rooney (208).

The left-footed player won the Premier League twice with Liverpool, the UEFA Champions League once, and was top scorer four times. Additionally, he won other domestic cups with the "Reds".

Salah most recently featured for Egypt at the World Cup, where they suffered a bitter exit in the round of 16 against Argentina, losing after leading 2-0 in regular time. In five matches, the 34-year-old scored once and set up two goals.
