The transfer of Tarik Muharemovic is official.
The Bosnian defender leaves US Sassuolo and moves to Leeds United in the Premier League. The international player signs a contract there until summer 2031.
Juve Pockets Half of the Transfer Fee
The "Peacocks" dig deep into their pockets for the 23-year-old and transfer 40 million Euros to Italy, of which Juventus Turin in turn receives 20 million Euros.
The "Old Lady" had negotiated a 50 percent sell-on clause when he transferred to Sassuolo in summer 2025.
WAC and Klagenfurt Also Receive Money
WAC and Austria Klagenfurt also get a slice of the pie in the form of solidarity contributions. The Lavanttal-based club can look forward to earnings of 600,000 Euros, while the Klagenfurt-based club receives 400,000 Euros.
Muharemovic, born in Ljubljana, played in the youth teams of both Carinthian clubs before moving to Juve's youth setup on a free transfer in 2021.
