After Fink's Exit: Samsunspor opts again for a former Austria coach
Following Thorsten Fink's dismissal, a former Austria coach takes over at Samsunspor once more.
Nenad Bjelica is the new coach of Samsunspor.
The former Austria coach succeeds the dismissed Thorsten Fink at the Turkish club. This means the Turks are once again relying on a coach with an Austria past.
After his spell in the ADMIRAL Bundesliga, Bjelica most recently managed Dinamo Zagreb, Trabzonspor, and Union Berlin, among others. The Croatian had been without a club since 2024.
After seven matchdays, Samsunspor is in second-to-last place in the Süper Lig. They have only managed to collect four points so far.
