The wife of the former national team coach has passed away at the age of 65.
Former national team coach Ronald Koeman is mourning his wife, Bartina.
As announced by the former head coach of Barca and Everton, his wife passed away on Tuesday at the age of 65. She had been suffering from chronic breast cancer for several years.
"In deep sorrow, but also full of pride and love, we bid farewell to my wonderful wife, our dearest mom and grandma," Koeman wrote via Instagram. Numerous professional footballers and clubs subsequently expressed their condolences.
