A transfer of Dean Henderson to Oliver Glasner will not materialize.

Nottingham Forest was reportedly interested in the English national goalkeeper this summer. However, Glasner's new club received a rejection from Crystal Palace.

Now the "Eagles" are tying their captain Dean Henderson to the club long-term.

Long-term Contract

As the London club announced, the goalkeeper has signed a new contract until 2030. Henderson recently captained Palace to triumph in the UEFA Conference League.

The Englishman moved from Manchester United to Crystal Palace in August 2023. Since then, the 29-year-old has made 119 appearances for the club, keeping 38 clean sheets.

Henderson has also made five appearances for the English national team since his move to Palace. At the recent World Cup, the keeper was part of the England squad and featured in the third-place play-off match.
