Confirmed! Ajax signs former German international
He played alongside Marcel Sabitzer at BVB for three years. Now he seeks a new challenge in the Netherlands.
Julian Brandt will continue his career in the Netherlands.
After seven years at Borussia Dortmund, the 30-year-old German joins the capital club Ajax Amsterdam.
The 48-time international arrives on a free transfer and signs a contract until June 30, 2029.
Plays Abroad for the First Time
Sporting Director Jordi Cruijff expressed great delight about the transfer: "Julian chose Ajax, and we are very happy about that. We have been in contact with him for several months, even though he also had the opportunity to sign with other clubs.

After spells at Bayer Leverkusen and most recently at Borussia Dortmund, the former German international is venturing abroad for the first time.
