Salzburg loans Bischoff to Champions League hopeful
The 20-year-old is expected to develop in the Eredivisie.
Clement Bischoff is moving to NEC Nijmegen.
This was announced by his club Red Bull Salzburg, who are loaning out the 20-year-old Dane, on Wednesday evening. Bischoff is set to play for last year's Eredivisie third-place finisher until the end of the 2026/27 season.
The attacking player joined Salzburg from Brøndby IF in September 2025, scoring two goals and providing five assists in 24 appearances.
With Nijmegen, Bischoff will even play internationally: The club is currently in the third qualifying round for the Champions League and will face Olympiakos. Participation in the league phase of the UEFA Europa League is at least guaranteed for the club.
