SSC Napoli celebrated a 3-0 victory against Frosinone Calcio in the sixth round of Serie A.

Kevin De Bruyne (30th, 90.+4) and Noa Lang (32nd) confidently set the hosts on the path to victory in a one-sided match. With today's win, Napoli climbs to sixth place, while Frosinone remains in ninth place despite the loss.

Quickfire Goals After Half an Hour

Allegri's squad quickly lived up to their role as favorites in front of the home crowd and applied significant pressure. Following an incident involving defender Giorgio Cittadini, referee Ermanno Feliciani unequivocally pointed to the spot.

Superstar De Bruyne made no mistake, coolly converting for the lead (29th min, pen). Just moments later, the net rippled again: Lang mercilessly extended the advantage – a bitter quickfire double for Frosinone (32nd min).

Frosinone Not Clinical Enough in Front of Goal

Frosinone attempted to respond after the break but exhibited a glaring weakness in their finishing.

Antonio Raimondo and Tomas Bobcek squandered good chances, sending them wide. Austrian international Romano Schmid also had a shot, but his effort was thwarted by the Napoli goalkeeper. After approximately 85 minutes, Schmid was replaced by Alessio Zerbin. His compatriot Florian Grillitsch was absent due to injury.

On the other side, Napoli played with composure, skillfully managing their lead. Deep into injury time, Napoli's coach also showed a golden touch: substitute Giovane provided a perfect assist for De Bruyne, who coolly slotted it in for the final score.

For Frosinone coach Massimiliano Alvini, the task now is to analyze the defeat and consolidate their ninth-place standing.
