The promoted side set the course for victory in the first half. Antonio Raimondo gave Frosinone the lead in the 26th minute.
Shortly before halftime, Gabriele Bracaglia added another, making it 2-0 in the 38th minute.
After the break, Frosinone continued to control the match. In the 68th minute, Raimondo secured the decisive goal with his second strike, making it 3-0.
Frosinone held onto their clear lead without any problems, celebrating a historic success.
First Serie A Win Since May 2024
For Frosinone, it is their first three points of the current season. The promoted side had narrowly lost 0-1 to Juventus in the opening match.
At the same time, it is their first Serie A victory since May 19, 2024. Back then, Frosinone defeated Monza on the penultimate matchday of their relegation season.
With this success, Frosinone climbs to twelfth place in the table. AC Fiorentina, however, remains at the bottom of the table and is still waiting for their first point after two matchdays.
