A center-back as the top scorer of a third-division team.
That's exactly what's currently happening at FC Hansa Rostock. After four matches in the German 3. Liga, Austrian defender Lukas Wallner already has four goal involvements – no other teammate has more.
Header for the Lead
After an assist in the opener against Hoffenheim II and a goal and an assist against Saarbrücken in the last round, Wallner scores again on matchday four.
In the 54th minute, the 23-year-old heads in from a corner to make it 1-0. However, Rostock couldn't hold on to the lead against Wehen Wiesbaden. The team of Wallner and Austrian legionnaire Peter Kiedl (from the 74th minute) only drew 1-1.
Hansa thus remains undefeated in the current third-division season. For now, the traditional club occupies third place.
