Bizarre: Hütter press conference evacuated after Frankfurt victory
As the Eintracht coach talks about the match, the press conference has to be abruptly ended.
Adi Hütter has probably never experienced this before: The press conference after Eintracht Frankfurt's victory over 1. FC Köln on Friday evening (to the match report>>>) ended prematurely in a bizarre way.
As the Austrian coach was about to speak about the recent match, an alarm signal sounded, followed by an automated announcement stating that there was a technical malfunction and the building had to be evacuated.
Sauna Defect as the Cause?
Hütter, who could only say a few sentences before the alarm went off, initially smiled and added: "Well orchestrated." Immediately afterwards, the Frankfurt press officer ended the press conference and the room was evacuated.
After about 15 minutes, the alarm fell silent; several fire trucks and ambulances had already arrived earlier. As reported by "Bild", the cause of the alarm was a defect in the sauna of the Eintracht changing room.
