Kühbauer After CL Qualification: "We Still Need Players"
After the sensational comeback in the Champions League playoff against Celtic, Didi Kühbauer wants to use the financial windfall to make further additions in the transfer market.
LASK sensationally enters the main draw of the UEFA Champions League.
With an incredible comeback in the second leg of the playoff against Celtic, the reigning Austrian champions achieve the "Miracle of Linz" against Celtic FC and turn around an almost lost knockout tie.

"Of Course, Other Possibilities Might Emerge Now"
Entry into the premier club competition also brings a real financial windfall for the Upper Austrians: more than 18 million euros will flow into the club's coffers solely from prize money – revenue that coach Didi Kühbauer also wants to invest in the squad.
"We still need players. We have a small but strong squad. Of course, other possibilities might emerge now," said the LASK coach, alluding to the Champions League millions.
The Linz club would now also have compelling arguments for a reunion with Sasa Kalajdzic. Several teams from Europe's top leagues are showing interest in the Austrian international. However, only LASK can likely tempt him with the Champions League.

Top-League Teams Chasing Kalajdzic - LASK Too?
Just a few days ago, a return was considered unlikely – however, the 29-year-old did not rule it out: "Basically, you never know in life – that's why I never close a door," the attacker said in a "Sky" interview during the Upper Austria derby against SV Ried.
Kalajdzic is set to depart from Wolverhampton Wanderers. After his loan spell with the Linz club last year, the national team striker now wants to "return to those spheres, to those leagues, where I belong."
While teams from Serie A, Ligue 1, and the German Bundesliga are making efforts, LASK would now also have a very good chance for his commitment.
