Key player leaves Austria Wien after three years
After three years, the expiring contract with defender Tin Plavotic will not be extended.
Tin Plavotic will no longer play for FK Austria Wien in the future!
As the Violets announced on Tuesday, the expiring contract with the defender will not be extended. After three years, Plavotic and the Violets are thus parting ways.
In summer 2023, the now 29-year-old joined Austria Wien from SV Ried. Since then, he has made 79 appearances in an Austria jersey; especially in the last two years, the defender was a regular starter under Stephan Helm.
It remains unclear where Plavotic will go next.
