Not Rapid! Valentino Müller moves to Austria

The transfer window in Austria officially closed on Thursday, meaning only unattached professionals are now available as potential new signings.
Valentino Müller also falls into this category.
The former WSG captain was therefore recently linked with SK Rapid, after the Hütteldorfer failed to secure a new defensive midfielder on deadline day (All info >>>).
Indeed, a move to Vienna appears imminent – but not to Rapid, rather to Austria!
Austria reaches agreement with Müller
According to "Sky" reporter Eric Niederseer, Wiener Austria has reached an agreement with Müller, who is set to sign a contract until 2027 at the Verteilerkreis.
The 27-year-old Müller brings with him experience from 181 Bundesliga matches. Last season in the Bundesliga was the most successful of his career, with ten goals and four assists.
Until recently, the defensive midfielder had been considering a transfer abroad.
