Report: Salzburg loans midfield talent within the league
The 19-year-old is reportedly not in the plans of new coach Danny Röhl. Therefore, a loan to a Bundesliga club is on the cards.
Oliver Lukic is likely to leave FC Red Bull Salzburg for the time being.
According to a report by the "Salzburger Nachrichten", the 19-year-old is set for a loan move within the ADMIRAL Bundesliga to TSV Hartberg.
With the East Styrians, the central midfielder is expected to accumulate many playing minutes under Markus Schopp, which he would not get under new coach Danny Röhl. The Croatian plays no role in the German's plans.
The Vienna native was long considered one of the biggest talents of the Bulls, but he was denied a breakthrough. In the Bundesliga, Lukic has only made three brief appearances, spending most of the last two years with cooperation club FC Liefering.
