Europa League Winner: Is Salzburg interested in ex-Glasner protégé?
The "Bulls" are being linked with a former Frankfurt player.

As Italian transfer journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reports, there is said to be interest from the Mozart City in Napoli midfielder Jesper Lindström.
The Dane plays no role in head coach Massimiliano Allegri's plans and is therefore expected to be loaned out. According to Di Marzio, Dinamo Zagreb is considered a possible suitor alongside the "Bulls".
Europa League Winner, Without a Goal Since 2023
Lindström experienced his most successful period under Austrian coach Oliver Glasner at Eintracht Frankfurt. With the "Eagles", he won the UEFA Europa League in 2022.
One year later, after seven goals and four assists in 27 Bundesliga matches, he moved to SSC Napoli. There, he was merely a substitute in his first season. He also failed to consistently impress during loan spells at Everton and Wolfsburg.
Particularly striking: Since leaving Frankfurt, Lindström has not scored a single competitive goal. The attacking (!) midfielder last found the net on January 21, 2023, against Schalke 04.
