Official! Sturm has a new Head of Scouting
What had already been hinted at is now confirmed. The vice-champion brings Benjamin Schunk's successor from Switzerland.

Just a few hours after the official dismissal of Benjamin Schunk, Michael Parensen has presented a successor. The Swiss Philipp Kaufmann will become the new Head of Scouting and Recruitment in Murstadt with immediate effect.
The 32-year-old brings a wealth of experience. In recent years, he has served as Technical Director and Squad Planner at FC Basel, among other roles, and as Sporting Director at VfL Osnabrück.

His successes in strategic squad planning and the generation of transfer values, in particular, make him an ideal fit," Sporting Director Parensen is quoted as saying.
