GAK: This Player Could Still Leave

GAK has had an eventful transfer summer.

With Ramiz Harakate, there was a new record sale (1.5 million Euros to LASK, on par with Mario Bazina). A lot changed not only at the top but also in terms of squad depth. 13 players who were part of the squad last season have left. In return, twelve new players arrived.

However, the Graz city club's transfer window is not yet closed. According to LAOLA1 information, both a departure and a new signing are still possible.

The Long Wait

The potential departure is still Jacob Italiano. The Australian World Cup player emerged from last season as one of GAK's hottest transfer prospects.

However, there are no concrete offers on the table that would have been of interest to the club.

A sale even after today's Austrian Deadline Day (Wednesday at 5:00 PM) is also an option, especially since transfer windows in other leagues are still open longer.

The Graz club would be prepared for an Italiano departure. As a potential new arrival, only an Austrian would then be considered.
