LASK introduces Miguel Freckleton as their latest new signing.

The double winner signs the 22-year-old defender from Scottish Premiership club St. Mirren and provides the Englishman with a contract until 2029. With the "Saints," Freckleton won the League Cup last season against Celtic Glasgow.

The 1.93-meter tall central defender made 47 competitive appearances, playing the full ninety minutes in every match. He contributed four goals and one assist.

Young Defender with Potential

Sporting Director Dino Buric is pleased, "that Miguel has chosen LASK despite significant international interest. He is a young central defender who can take the next step in his development with us. He will also receive the necessary time for that."

Freckleton sees the opportunity to develop further at LASK. "It's a new chapter in my career. The level here is higher, and European competition naturally brings high expectations that we want to meet," said the Englishman.

Freckleton is LASK's fourth new signing for next season, following Ramiz Harakate, Alessandro Schöpf, and Yvan Dibango.
