First Vienna FC continues to strengthen their squad!

With Youssouf Soukouna, a new attacker arrives in Döbling from France. The 26-year-old joins the Austrian capital from third-division side Concarneau.

In 2025/26, Soukouna scored seven goals for Concarneau. Previously, the attacker had only played in France.

Delight on Both Sides

"I am very happy to be at Vienna. The club made a great effort during our discussions and gave me a good feeling. For me, it's the first stop outside of France. I'm looking forward to this challenge and can't wait to get started with the team," said the new signing.

Sporting Director Dieter Elsneg expressed his delight: "Youssouf brings exactly the attributes we were looking for. He possesses enormous physical strength, is very fast, and can cause problems for any defense with his dynamism. His versatility in attack gives us additional options, and we are convinced that his profile fits our playing philosophy very well."
