SKN St. Pölten loses Managing Director
Matthias Gebauer leaves the "Wolves" to seek new challenges.
SKN St. Pölten and Matthias Gebauer have agreed to end their collaboration.
As the club announced on Tuesday, the SKN Managing Director is stepping down at his own request. Gebauer wishes to dedicate himself to new professional challenges.
"The past years at SKN St. Pölten were an intense and at the same time very enriching period for me," explains Gebauer, who worked for St. Pölten for more than four years, in a club statement.
"I took on this role with full conviction and always gave everything for the club. Now is the right time for me to face new challenges. I sincerely wish SKN St. Pölten all the best, much success, and continued positive development," said Gebauer.
SKN President regrets departure
SKN President Helmut Schwarzl explains: "The board regrets that Matthias has decided to leave SKN. Over the past four and a half years, he has shown enormous commitment and made many significant contributions that played a crucial role in the well-being of SKN during a particularly difficult phase."
"Personally, I highly valued working with Matthias, and I wish him all the best for his future professional path," says Schwarzl.
