Jurij Rodionov misses out on the main draw for the ATP 250 tournament in Lyon!
The 27-year-old was defeated in qualification by Frenchman Pierre-Hugues Herbert (ATP-296.), losing in three sets: 7:6(5), 5:7, 0:6.
The first set actually went as planned for the Austrian, with a tie-break victory. However, he subsequently lost his rhythm. In the third set, the momentum clearly shifted in favor of the local hero.
After 2 hours and 14 minutes, Herbert converted match point for the win.
