Weather chaos at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Brazil?
The 20th race of the season will be held at Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace this weekend (to the LIVE ticker >>>). The drivers' world champion has already been decided after Mexico, Kimi Antonelli crowned himself the youngest champion in history.
The Constructors' standings, however, have not yet been decided, but Mercedes leads so clearly that the Silver Arrows only need to outperform their sole remaining rival Ferrari by three points in Brazil.
Weather Forecast Could Mean Chaos
However, this might not be so straightforward in Sao Paulo. The weather forecast is mixed. While Friday's situation, with a good 24 degrees Celsius and possible rain, is expected to be quite relaxed, the rest of the weekend looks different.
On Saturday, summer temperatures of up to a good 30 degrees Celsius are expected, with a 60 to 70 percent chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon.
It will cool down significantly on race Sunday. With temperatures clearly below 20 degrees Celsius, rain is expected to arrive from midday and potentially last throughout the entire race.
