Sanel Kuljic: "My middle name is Sarcasm..."
Match-fixing, drugs - Andy Ogris calls the once-celebrated Bundesliga goal-scorer on the LAOLA1 Round Table "a jailbird who deserves a second chance":
from Peter Rietzler
Sanel Kuljic acknowledges his missteps. "There's nothing to deny. I was guilty and served my time."
Today, the soon-to-be 50-year-old is happy when he can drive from his new home in Saalbach towards Lower Austria to play with his former teammates in the "Copa Pele."
"This team is family to me. I love meeting old friends and having a laugh," says Kuljic, who is also occasionally asked about his dark past.
At Andy Ogris's Round Table - moderated by LAOLA1 Editor-in-Chief Peter Rietzler - Sanel Kuljic talks about his first title win as a 19-year-old at Austria Salzburg, his career path, his missteps, and his life in prison.
What Sanel Kuljic is doing today and how he also performs important prevention work abroad, as well as why Andy Ogris stands by him, is revealed by the two in the 199th episode of the LAOLA1 Round Table presented by ImmoScout24 (Video and Podcast).
