151-time NHL Goalie Joins ICE Club
The 34-year-old Canadian boasts extensive experience from the world's best ice hockey league and now enriches the ICE Hockey League.
HC Bozen has pulled off a coup in the goaltender position.
Louis Domingue will guard the goal for the "Foxes" next season in the win2day ICE Hockey League.
The 34-year-old Canadian brings 14 years of professional experience, having played 151 NHL games and made 246 appearances in the American Hockey League.
Seven NHL Teams
The 1.91-meter tall netminder was drafted by the Phoenix Coyotes in the 5th round of the 2010 NHL Draft, eventually making his first NHL appearances in the 2014/15 season.
Throughout his career, Domingue also played goal for the Tampa Bay Lightning, New Jersey Devils, Vancouver Canucks, Calgary Flames, Pittsburgh Penguins, and New York Rangers.
At the start of the past season, the Canadian made his European debut, playing eleven times for Sibir Novosibirsk in the KHL. The goalie finished the season with the Charlotte Checkers, the farm team of NHL champions Carolina Hurricanes.
