Will the half-time break at the World Cup final be extended?

There are differing reports regarding the length of the break in the final. Some mention 20 minutes, while others speak of up to 30 minutes.
The world football governing body (FIFA) was asked for comment. It initially did not comment on the reports from, among others, the "BBC" and "The Times".

The International Football Association Board (IFAB) rulemakers have actually stipulated that players are entitled to a half-time break of a maximum of 15 minutes.
Accordingly, the duration of the break may only be changed with the referee's permission.
