ÖFB confirms Regional League exclusion of Altach's Cup opponent
The Salzburg team is not participating in any league, but is now playing in the UNIQA ÖFB Cup against SCR Altach.

BSK from Bischofshofen has not yet competed in any league this season.
The former regional league team lost the right to use the sports facility due to the municipality of Bischofshofen. Without a valid home ground, the club was excluded from the regional league. The decision by the Salzburg Football Association has now been confirmed by the ÖFB Appeals Senate, according to "ORF Salzburg". Civil law proceedings are still pending.
What happens to the players?
In the first cup round, they sensationally eliminated regional league team Dietach. The ÖFB homepage still lists 19 registered players for the senior team. What happens to them if BSK is no longer allowed to participate in league operations will be decided by the Salzburg Football Association on September 21.
In Bischofshofen, the Skiclub Bischofshofen, with its newly founded football section, is now playing in the lowest league.
