Following the controversy surrounding his departure from the national team camp in Denmark, the penalty for the Portuguese superstar has reportedly been decided.
The penalty from the Portuguese Football Federation for Cristiano Ronaldo has been confirmed.
The Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) has suspended the superstar for 30 days. In addition, he must pay a fine of 255 euros.
The reason for the sanctions is his premature departure from the Portuguese national team's training camp in Denmark.
As the suspension will take effect from early October, CR7 could be nominated again for the next international matches in November.
