Headbutt on Lamine Yamal During Barca Goal Fest!

In the LaLiga top match of the ninth matchday, FC Barcelona wins 5:2 at Real Betis.

Lamine Yamal opens the goal fest with a spectacular strike. He beats Facundo Bernal with a feint and then curls the shot into the top left corner (10th minute).

But Betis fights back. A quarter of an hour later, Valentin Gomez heads in for the equalizer. Rodri secures the halftime lead in the 41st minute, also scoring with a header.

Goal Conceded, Goal Scored, Red Card - Within Minutes

The start of the second half was chaotic. First, Gabriel Jesus (51st minute) extends the lead to 3:1, but Abde reduces the deficit just two minutes later.

However, Betis' hopes quickly fade. Immediately after Abde's goal, there is great outrage in Barca's half.

Bernal is sent off for violent conduct against Yamal. Previously, the Barca star provoked the midfielder, who then initiates a headbutt – first holding Yamal and then making three head-to-head contacts – and receives a red card.

With a man advantage, Eric Garcia heads in to secure the win (62nd minute). Dani Olmo also adds his name to the scoresheet 19 minutes later.
