Another defeat for Daniel Beichler in Belgium
The Austrian manager remains at the bottom of the table with Kortrijk – partly because his side missed a penalty in the closing stages.
Daniel Beichler and his side KV Kortrijk continue to struggle to get back on track.
On matchday 11 of the Belgian Jupiler Pro League, the Austrian's team fell to a 1-0 defeat away at KAA Gent. Former Kortrijk player Abdelkahar Kadri scored the decisive goal as early as the 32nd minute.
Thierry Ambrose missed a late penalty for Kortrijk, leaving them winless in all four matches since the Austrian took charge on the touchline.
Kortrijk remain stranded at the bottom of the table with four points. Gent, meanwhile, temporarily move up to second place following the victory.
