Former Salzburg player poised for mega-deal at AC Milan
The Serb could extend his contract and secure a substantial pay raise.
Strahinja Pavlovic (25) has proven to be a true gem for AC Milan.
In 2024, the Italians transferred 18.5 million euros to FC Red Bull Salzburg for the Serbian centre-back.
He signed there until 2028. The defender is estimated to earn 1.7 million euros net annually, and there is also a contract option for an additional year.
Substantial Pay Raise Looms
According to "Gazzetta dello Sport," Milan, however, wants to extend the contract even further. A deal until 2031 is being prepared. The salary would then be significantly higher, in the range of 3.3 to 3.5 million euros net.
Pavlovic reportedly feels comfortable in Milan. In the summer, there was interest from the Premier League, but the defender wanted to stay.
