Opening Defeat for Schmid and Frosinone against Juve
The two Austrian internationals suffer a home defeat in the first round. While Schmid starts, Grillitsch remains on the bench.

Promoted side Frosinone Calcio lose 0-1 at home to Juventus Turin in the first round.
Centre-back Bremer scored the decisive goal in the 22nd minute. The Brazilian rose highest from a corner and headed home the winner.
Grillitsch Stays on the Bench
Austrian international Schmid was in the starting lineup but was substituted after 59 minutes due to a yellow card. His compatriot Grillitsch, however, remained on the bench for 90 minutes.
A week ago, Frosinone secured a 4-1 victory against Juve Stabia in the Coppa Italia. However, their first league match against Juventus Turin is now lost. Next week, they travel to Florence.
