Tree is legal! Uli Hoeneß wins in court
The honorary president of FC Bayern Munich is allowed to keep two trees on his property and wins against his neighbor.
Honorary President Uli Hoeneß remains involved with FC Bayern Munich. For the 74-year-old, the record champions are a matter of the heart.
Also well-known is his house on Lake Tegernsee, where he repeatedly invites various people for discussions.
The garden there will not have to be changed either. Hoeneß was, as "Sport1" among others reported, in a legal dispute with his neighbor.
Tree dispute ends for Hoeneß
She had complained about two newly planted trees. The Munich II Regional Court rejected this. The woman will bear the costs of the proceedings.
The neighbor of the Bayern veteran had insisted that the trees were in an area where planting is prohibited.
However, it could apparently not be credibly demonstrated that this applied precisely to the location of the two lime trees.
The trees are said to block the neighbor's view of Gut Kaltenbrunn and Freihaus Brenner.
