Long since arrived on football's grand stage, yet still grounded: Oliver Glasner has now earned the title "star coach".
Authenticity as a recipe for success: He discusses this with Karina Toth in the 14th episode of the Sporthilfe podcast "RAW - Real Athlete's World".
"The biggest achievement, so to speak, was that my coaching team and I succeeded in creating a working atmosphere where everyone says, 'I enjoy coming here, but I also want to really push myself'," he says.
