Sturm attacker linked with Champions League participant
The Pole was sidelined before the international break, but recently played again.
Szymon Wlodarczyk (23) is not having an easy time at SK Sturm Graz. At the beginning of the season, the attacker's services were still in demand.
Then, a transfer was on the cards shortly before the transfer deadline, but it never came to fruition. After that, the Pole was no longer in the squad since the end of August.
After the international break, he returned against Austria Wien without playing, but played 30 minutes against GAK.
Not in the EL Squad
His time in Graz, however, is likely to be over by the end of the season at the latest, when his contract expires. Currently, he is also not registered for the UEFA Europa League.
In 2023, Graz brought him in for 2.2 million Euros from Gornik Zabrze, but he never truly established himself. For the last two seasons, he was loaned to Salernitana and Excelsior.
Move to Czech Republic?
Now there is a possible interested party for a winter transfer. As reported by the Czech medium "ruik.cz", Slavia Prague is said to be interested in the Pole.
Currently, only interest is being discussed. Negotiations or a concrete offer have not yet materialized.
Slavia Prague is playing in the UEFA Champions League this season.
