"Das ist eine Familie von mir geworden und das wird sich nie ändern."
Heil Returned to Hartberg
The match was emotional for Jürgen Heil. After eleven years at Hartberg, he moved to Sturm in the summer and returned for the first time in his new jersey.
"Yes, very special. I spent such a beautiful time there, met so many friends. It became a family to me, and that will never change."
Heil was also moved by the farewell from Hartberg president Brigitte Annerl before the match. After the game, he stayed in Hartberg to end the evening with his former family and friends. Ingolitsch confirmed that a special permit had been granted for this.
Undefeated in 15 League Games
For Sturm, it was already their fifth away game within 15 days. Ingolitsch was accordingly proud of his team: "It's not that easy, to be honest."
However, Hartberg demanded everything from Sturm: "Hartberg really did a very decent job, challenged us a lot, making us throw everything we had at them." In the end, the quality of the Graz side prevailed, also thanks to their strong bench.
With the win in Hartberg, the Graz side is now undefeated in 15 league games across seasons.
