Wolfsberger AC has tied a centre-forward to the club long-term.
As the Carinthians officially announced on Thursday, Sankara Karamoko has extended his contract in Lavanttal long-term until 2029. This season, the Ivorian has appeared in seven competitive matches so far, scoring one goal in the ÖFB-Cup.
In the ADMIRAL Bundesliga, however, the 22-year-old is still awaiting his first goal after a total of 21 appearances.
Karamoko moved to Wolfsberg in January 2024 from Ivorian first-division club ASEC Mimosas. Last season, the attacker was on loan to Serbian first-division club IMT Belgrad. There, he scored eight goals and provided four assists in 33 matches.
