Austria Lustenau loses to German regional league team
The Bundesliga promoted side narrowly loses in the friendly against Nürnberg II.
SC Austria Lustenau loses in their final warm-up match before the start of competitive play.
In the match against 1. FC Nürnberg II, the Vorarlbergers were defeated 0:1. Philipp Fuchs scored the only goal of the match in the 56th minute.
For Lustenau, this marks their second friendly defeat in pre-season. They secured victories against Wil and Aarau, and also drew against YB Bern and SW Bregenz, alongside a 0:1 defeat against Vaduz.
On Saturday, July 25th, Austria will face Krems in the first round of the ÖFB Cup.
