In his first season with the "Blackies", the German was not entirely convincing. Malone oscillated between the starting eleven and a substitute role. Overall, he registered four goals and three assists in 39 games across all competitions.
According to the Israeli sports medium "Sport5", Malone is reportedly in talks with Maccabi Haifa. The 25-year-old is said to be a candidate to replace striker Trivante Stewart, who is apparently on the verge of leaving.
The 15-time Israeli champion finished fifth last season.
