Few Highlights in Second Half

Little eventful happened in the first 25 minutes of the second half. The game appeared disjointed at times and led to increasingly rough challenges. There were few passing sequences.

In the 73rd minute, David Peham gets a shot after an Amstetten counter-attack. Vienna goalkeeper Unger makes a safe catch. Towards the end of the match, the Mostviertel team tries to initiate a final offensive. A dangerous situation after a corner kick is cleared by the Döblingers (85.).

Substitute Jung almost extends Vienna's lead to 2-0. However, Amstetten goalkeeper Estevao clears it for a corner (90 +3).

After a medical incident in the stands, the game is interrupted for several minutes, leading to extended stoppage time. However, nothing significant happens during this period, so the 1-0 scoreline stands.

Vienna thus moves up to third place in the LigaZwa standings, just two points behind league leaders Blau-Weiß Linz. Amstetten stagnates in mid-table with six points from five games.
