The duo defeats the French pair Reymond/Sanchez 5:7, 6:2, 10:3.
After unluckily losing their first and only break point in the first set, leading to a 5:7 set loss, they were able to turn things around. They started the second set with a 3:0 lead and comfortably won it in 24 minutes.
Miedler and Oberleitner were clinical in the decider, winning the match tie-break 10:3. In the Round of 16 of the Masters tournament, they will face the eighth-seeded Brazilian pair Luz/Matos.
