Filip Misolic crashes out in the first qualifying round of the ATP Challenger in Stettin (POL).

The Austrian loses to Matyas Cerny (ATP-780.) 4:6, 7:5, 6:4. After 2 hours and 38 minutes, his day's work is over.

Misolic takes the first set

The match was thrilling and evenly contested from the start. It was only at 4:4 that Misolic managed to pull away and secure the set 6:4.

Subsequently, his Czech opponent came back in the second set. After continued evenly matched play, he secured a break at 5:5 and subsequently leveled the sets.

Cerny's comeback

In the decider, the Austrian started well and wanted to dictate the pace. After already being 3:1 up, he dropped four consecutive games. Cerny, however, kept the pressure on and secured the victory with a 6:4 in the final set.

In the next round, he will face the winner of the match between Nikles (Switzerland) and the Georgian Purtseladze.
